Syncrude Canada LTD: (April 2018 – May 2020) - Fort McMurray

ExxonMobil Refinery: (Feb 2017 – March 2018) - Nanticoke Refinery

Supported TA Reliability Engineering Group to develop various engineering packages. Performed FFS assessment for reboilers (using API 530), Performed FFS for reboilers/fired heaters using SagePlus software and ASME SEC1. Develop PTRs & Plug Sheets for Heat Exchangers. Develop piping packages for piping modifications and perform piping stress analysis. Perform Nozzles and reinforcement pads calculations for Pressure Vessels using PVElite, & CodeCalc Softwares and ASME SEC VIII Div1. Prepared packages for ABSA Submission. Reviewed vendor specifications for valve substitution. Saved Syncrude $1.5M by sourcing right valve for the service and minimized field work.
