United Way of Ross County, Ohio—Chillicothe, Ohio

Serve as senior executive of Chillicothe, Ohio's largest nonprofit organization, providing grant support to 16 area nonprofits and offering eight unique programs to support the community in the areas of Health, Financial Literacy, and Education. In the first six months, secured more than $800,000 in gifts to support the organization's annual campaign, COVID-19 relief efforts, and collaborated with community partners throughout the county – government, nonprofits, faith groups, schools, and businesses – to create, transform, and to build the community. Established programs to support area nonprofits amid the COVID-19 Crisis and helped lead community relief efforts during the pandemic.

• Led fundraising efforts to exceed the annual campaign goal of $625k for the first time in three years.

• We created COVID-19 Micro-Grants to support area nonprofits supplying grants of $500 and less.

• Secured gift to seed a COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund to distribute large grants of $15k+ to support community relief efforts.
