Current Position: Coordinator of the SOS GrEEn Project funded by European Union Trust Fund and the Kingdom of Netherlands.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation of $ 1,000,000.00 project, for consortium partners United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), SNV and SOS Children’s Villages Netherlands (SOS CV/NL) and SOS Children’s Villages Ghana (SOS CV/Ghana) in partnership with 10 Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in the Ashanti and Western Regions of Ghana to achieve the following results
i)Equip over 4,000 “Cash for Work” (CfW) beneficiaries (i.e. Vulnerable women, youth and returnees) with life and employable skills and orientational technical skills.
ii)Prepare these CfW beneficiaries to identify economic opportunities they can embark on based on their personal preferences and potential within the green economy in their respective districts through coaching and mentoring.
Supervise and monitor the implementation of the project work plans and activity within timelines proposed and within budget
Develop relevant documents for project development, planning and implementation including concept papers, terms of reference (ToR), actions plans, budget and narrative reports for donor partners.
Coordinate and manage contracts of all service providers and research studies, conducted under the project (baselines studies, needs assessments, curriculum review and adaptation) to ensure value for money.
Develop a system of key performance indicator to monitor and coordinate activities of all project staff .
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and determine the impact of trainings on the project beneficiaries
Network and build strong relationship with stakeholders, partners for thesuccessful implentation of the project

Facilitated the interface and the establishment of contacts between Observers and Local Authorities, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and other elections stakeholders.
Assisted the Observers in monitoring the elections, regional medias within the area of responsibility of the Observers team (local radios and newspapers)

Current Position: Coordinator of the EU Youth Empowerment ‘No Business as Usual (NBU) Project’
Achievement: The NBU Project won the 2020 Best Social Impact award of the year at the Project Management Award. Competing in that category are; MTN Ghana, Zoom Lion Ltd., Built Environmental and Accra Street Academy.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation of £ 1,139,475.74 EU/SOS Youth ‘No Business as Usual’ (NBU), for consortium partners SOS Children's Villages Ghana, SOS Children’s Villages Netherlands and Asokore Mampong Municipal Assembly and have achieved the following results:
i.700 vulnerable youth including (head potters-Kayaye and Persons living with disability and special needs) trained in entrepreneurial and employable skills with 190 of them employed, 85 on internship and incubated 120 start-up and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with 65% being females. Again, over 12,256 youth have been impacted through business networking events within the Municipality and the Greater Kumasi Area.
ii.Established the No Business as Usual (NBU Hub), which serves as the nerve centre for youth training, coaching and mentorship, start-up ideation and incubation, and a venue for business networking events for youth empowerment.
iii.Enhanced capacity of Asokore Mampong Municipal Assembly (AMMA) to collaborate with Civil Society Organisation (CSOs) and private sector to mobilize revenues for local development while promoting transparency and accountability to citizens, and piloting 2 social businesses and 3 public private partnership (PPPs).
Support in the development of Project and programme for SOS/CV Ghana from the European Union Trust Fund (EUTF) Green Project of 1 million USD, EUTF Archipelago, and other development partners such as UNDP, Jhpiego, AfDB among others
Part of the SOS African Regional Team to develop for the development of Project Management Manual for effective projects implementation and grant management in Region.
