Key Responsibilities:

Extracting, analysing and preparing the sales and pricing data using SAS programs for Pricing and Promotion Modelling for US FMCG market.

Advising clients on their Store Level, Online and Digital campaigns.

Analysing impact of increased activity in one pricing and promotion campaign on other tactics and giving clients actionable insight.

Supervising junior analysts in their projects and ensuring quality of their deliverables.

Training new joiners in the team on basic tools used like MS Office and Unix.

Maintaining KPIs for different projects, sharing best practices with the team and documenting the same.

Major Accomplishments:

1. Building Tableau Dashboards for Leading FMCG Client – Situation: One of the leading FMCG client wanted their Sales Effectiveness project to be presented as a Tableau report instead of PowerPoints. It was crucial for the client since they were using Tableau at organisational level and did not want presentations to be made in PowerPoints anymore.

Value Add: None of the team members had worked/exposed to Tableau before. I readily took the task and learnt Tableau through online tutorials. I was able to build complex, visually appealing and re-usable Dashboards in Tableau well before client deadline. Extra Mile: The whole process was very much appreciated by the clients and I was awarded with “TCS On the Spot” award for my innovative thinking and learning approach. 2. Delivering the most highly customized project for New FMCG client – Situation: First ever project on one of the leading FMCG client which was highly customized with a crunch timeslines.

Value Add: Implemented the automation tool and the programs which reduced the processing time - Very helpful during the crunch timelines plus no chances of manual errors.

Extra Mile: Client was delighted to have what they were looking for, that too in very less time. This boosted client’s trust in the organization and they happily continued their business with our organisation.

Project: User Acceptance Testing

Designation: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Involved in Smoke Testing of a Business Intelligence tool developed on micro strategy.

Actively involved in setting up of a new User Acceptance Testing process at TCS Gandhinagar location.

Responsibilities include understanding client requirements for the UAT, lead client meetings, client communication, assuring adherence to timelines and quality of delivery.

Training new joiners on the some of the process, Client Application and Databases.
