Evaluating components products specifications and examining them in Staging Area and Compounding Area (Part Number, Lot Number and Expiration Date).

Ensure documented quality system including forms, logs, procedures, etc. are in place per requirements of current HACCP and GMP standard per the direction of the Director of Quality.

Maintain inspection/audit logs, files and related documentation as required by the Quality Management System and Quality System Regulations.

Verify that all quality control instruments (balances, pH, refractometers, thermometers, etc.) are properly calibrated and performing up to specifications.

Perform Pre-operations through all the Lines (Packaging Lines), monitoring the effectiveness of cleaning & sanitation (visual observation as well as using ATP bioluminescence method).

Verify that processing equipment has been properly cleaned and sanitized in the staging/weighing rooms, compounding/batching rooms, powder blending rooms, filler and packaging rooms, etc.

Prior to release the product to packaging area we have to understand, evaluate, and execute the tests of products and perform properly (PH, Brix, Specific Gravity, Titratable Acidity, Viscosity, LOD and Organoleptic test).

Release the Product and verify the component to Packaging Line ready to be packed, by checking Part number and Lot number of the product. Pull the First Article.

Monitoring performance lines during the packaging activities, by collecting random samples of finished products (test samples, stability samples, and reserve samples) through the process (Beg, Mid & End), and writing relevant information reports. Collect samples, conduct specified testing and report testing result.

Monitoring the concentration of sanitizers such as Peracetic acid (PAA), QUAT and ozone as applicable to ensure that the levels do not exceed or fall below specifications.

Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures.

Monitor temperatures, relative humidity within manufacturing, refrigeration, freezers and storage areas.

Perform Samples of Raw Material to different areas (Microbiology / Chemistry) using the correct verification of product weights.
