Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling Bank, Cash, Vendor payments, Sales detail (MIS), Staff Advances, Reconciliations and disbursal of salaries

Ensured timeliness and accuracy of preparation accounting records and reporting

Preparation and handling of Export documents like Commercial invoice, Packing list, BL (Bill of Lading), Insurance, BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate), letter of credit (LC) etc.

Preparation & maintaining of all Vouchers like Payment, Receipt, Bank

Monthly GSTR 3B & Quarterly GSTR-1, E-way bill 01) Generate PF, ESIC Monthly Challan before due date

Payment, Bank Receipt, Journal, Sales, Purchase, Debit Note & Credit Note, Cash Maintain etc,

Liaising with Bank related to foreign remittance, Maintaining account etc.

Reporting to Sr. Manager (F&A).
