Identifying and issuing of non-conformity as observed during inspection

To check all repairs are perform correctly and non-destructive tests are regularly repeated and keep a report file for all non-destructive tests.

Coordinating with client and sub-contractors throughout the various phases of the contract. Daily shop inspection and periodical sub con inspection.

Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed. Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented. Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.

Acting as point of contact, Monitoring and coordinating with supervisors, monitor and control the project on day-to-day basis through its period of execution to ensure an quality, economical and timely completion of the project with safety precaution and without compromising on quality and also notify the Project Manager and the Client in case of any variations.

Prepare & Reviewing the Inspection Reports (MTC, Dimensional, Welding visual, NDT and coating reports) before raising the Inspection Request to client as per ITP.

Coordinating and arranging Third Party/client personnel for inspection.

To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.

Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports, verify necessary corrective action taken and ensure follow up.

Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System.

Completion of final quality documentation, Manufacturing Record Book in a presentable manner, in accordance with the conditions of contract.

Co-ordinate and conduct Internal Audit as per the QMS & Audit plan given by QMR.

Monitoring the calibration due of all instruments and equipment’s and arrange for calibration if any expiry.
