KYC Means Know your customer (or) customers identification program KYC is an important term used by business and refers to the process of verification of the indentify of the customers either before (or) during the start of doing business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-
The First step in any KYC Program, which requires to collect document a customer’s name date of birth, address and identification presented. Below mentioned Documents are required for KYC Approval.

Before checking a customer’s mails and identification documents, its necessary to verify their and scrutinise all available information for any consistencies. The 3 followings steps for KYC approval.
Re- Submission
KYC- Approve
ID Activate / Deactivate.
Work with management to implement process improvements (coach and training staff)
Checking and providing approval to work conducted by team reporter.
Performs independent check of KYC information provided by front office.
Develop strong working relationships with the KYC team
Confirmed that all pass words remained secure.

Period : 7th June 2016 To 5th Feb 2018.
Role: E- sorting process is one of the process in Medical Billing to use sorting the claims (HCFA,UB,DENTAL). Vouchers (Medicare, EOB) and correspondence Letters are in So many projects.
