Roles and Responsibilities

HR – Generalist Role

• Provide general HR activities, such as maintaining HR information system records and compiling reports from the database, developing department goals, objectives and systems, scheduling interviews and performing other, related activities as required and assigned.

• Maintaining and/or creating office documents, department reports & customer files including legal contracts

• Maintaining end to end Employee Lifecycle transactional processes, including joiners, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types and compensation and benefit administration and produce the associated documentation for all employees and managers

• Administration of Employees Self Service system to update and maintain work completion data on daily basis.

• Coordinating activities between the company and outside parties.

• Updating employee records with holiday requests, payroll changes and any leave due to illness.

• Responding to letters, emails and general correspondence Dealing promptly and politely with queries raised by company employees, managers and external personnel.

Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process, maintaining employee personnel files, Provide general office duties to support the team, Responsible for Attendance management. Perform special projects as directed, to maintain regular reports for management review.
