Key responsibilities as Senior Design Sales Estimation Engineer:

Design the Building Management System Architecture, Wiring, Engineering & Schematic Drawings.

Prepare the Sequence of Operation for the Building Management System for equipment’s like AHU, FAHU, Chiller, Package Unit, Pumps, Tanks, FCU, Heat Exchanger, Exhaust and Fresh Air Fans, CO Monitoring System etc.

Design the Fire alarm System, CCTV, PA System, Access Control, Building Automation, Total Fire hydrant & Sprinkler piping & pump room design

Prepare the Compliance Statement, Riser Diagram, Control Drawings, Method Of Statement and the Complete Technical Submittal

Coordinate with Project Engineers and Technicians from the stage of Design completion to the hand over

Designing the BTU Meters Architecture, CO Monitoring System, Water Leakage System, Water Meters Submittal and Wiring Details.

Design the IBMS system as per applicable standard NBC, NFPA72, IS2189.
