Job Responsibilities:

● Inspection of parts being in semi-finished stage (before special process) .

● Ensured the quality of part during NPD stage that is first article inspection (FAI) .

● Final Inspection of parts after assembly stage like helicoil insert assembly, pin assembly, Lee-plug assembly, bearing assembly and bush assembly.

● Ensured the parts after special process like anodizing, passivation, and CCC (Chemical conversion coating).

● Line inspection during Production stage to ensure Quality of the products being manufactured more effectively. And support to the line inspectors to reduce the quality waiting.

● Well known of using instruments like digital vernier caliper, Depth vernier caliper, mould and profile projector, countor tracer, surface tester, optical flatness tester, air gauges, linear height gauges.

● Joint inspection of parts with various customer representatives of Collins, Eaton, Honeywell, Wipro and Barath dynamic limited(DRDO) etc.

Job Responsibilities:

● Analyze the Non-conformance data for improvement opportunities through the 8-D approach and monitoring the CA effectiveness.

● Review data of Non-conformances (Minor and major rework, scrap) to identify quality improvement through taking the preventive actions.

● Establish the corrective action plan and engage relevant departments in order to implement required improvement.

● Collate details of Root cause analysis, corrective actions and verification to documents and present performance improvements to management level.

● Attending MRB/CFT meeting to discuss disposition on Non-conformance parts.

● Monitoring the effectiveness for the given corrective actions for the NC part.

● Collate scrap/quarantine data: Maintain data of scrap/quarantine for designated production area to report daily/weekly/monthly.

● Involvement with Engineering Quality team to create control plans, arrange required inspection to support FAIR (First article inspection report) activities.

● Maintaining NC (Non-conformance) Tracker, quarantine data, scrap data.

"Title: Design and Fabrication of Automatic Pneumatic Reciprocating Grinding Machine. Description:The pneumatic grinding is metal grinding machine tool designed to grind/cut metal by applying pneumatic pressure. Hacksaws are used to cut thin and soft metals. The grinding shaft is used for grinding operations by replacing the hacksaw frame. In the pneumatic reciprocated grinding variable speeds can be obtained by adjusting the electrical device and pressure of the compressed air. Since the mechanism is so simple and versatile it can be handled by any operator, construction of the unit is very simple. Handling the machine is easy and smooth operation is achieved.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

● Worked on a manifold of A-350 project, manufactured in aequs which later got displyed in 53rd air show at Paris.

● Kaizen improvement-Advised and successfully implemented visual inspection requirement for the parts. it helps to everyone to understand the visual requirement. EXTRA -CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
