It was a one year DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee) program, where I was trained in CCR

(Continous Casting Refractory) department got knowledge about production of Sub entry nozzle, Mono block stopper and Ladel shrouds etc. Ensuring the proper work on production floor for H1 coating, Glazing and Finishing as per drawing.

Hands on experience of MONO TUBE by means of planning, plan execution, production and product Finishing with respect to drawing.

Deployed the required man power by production planning and handeld the same to achieve the production targerts on daily basis.

Attend the traning of 5S and KIZEN and also their implementation. Kajaria Ceramics Limited, Rajasthan

It was a 45 days internship program, where I was trained in tile manufacturing, got knowledge about furnace used in tile manufacturing. And henceforth given a project which was to be completed within deadline Examination Year Board Percentage%
