Transcribes and codes surgical, cytology, and necropsy reports from I-chart transcribing system. Enters pathology reports into the DHCP computer system at primary and remote areas, protects computer data from unauthorized release, alteration, or deletion and follows applicable regulation and instruction regarding computer security access. Typing 60+ WPM and contains knowledge of all office machines. Primary duties include QA, research, arranging meetings, training and collects, compiles research and/or statistical information. Scheduling for planned programs and conferences in surrounding and remote locations Collects and maintains all correspondence for remote access and all documentation for pathology and cytology reports, in remote locations. Answers multiple phones and answer all questions or directs calls to appropriate area and/or person. Collects and prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring personal correspondence, reports, spread sheets and other documentation. Gathers and prepares medical records and legal cases, types and transcribes autopsy reports, proficient in Vista, CPRS, WORD, CLMS, EXCEL, ETC... Obtains information from staff, files and other sources. Time keeper, data entry and revisions for manuals for governing administration functions and organization functions.
