Roles & Responsibilities

•Verify safety measures stipulated on work permits, job safety analysis and risk assessments are implementing properly.

•Ensuring compliance with Standards and Safety Operation procedures.

•Fire protection system Inspection and Maintenance as per scheduled PPM.

•Maintenance and administration of Fire Pump room operations.

•Interaction with supervisors to provide advice for field activities.

•Ensuring the scaffoldings is safe to use and tagged.

•Issuing work permits for hot work and height works.

•Closely monitor high-risk activities like Confined space entry, lifting activities, work at height and hot works.

•Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly documents and records related with fire and safety to EHS manager and building Custodian.

•Ensuring lifting equipment’s, pressure vessels, fire pumps etc. provided with valid third-party certificates.

•Carry out periodic client audits as per schedule and cooperate with respective clients for corrective and preventive measures for a safe working premises

•Performing routine site audits and provide solutions to avoid unsafe condition.

•Conducting daily Toolbox talk to workers for safe working practice.

•Provide training to service providers in relationship with the good Health and Safety practices and procedures and First Aid Firefighting.

•Carrying out incident/ accident and near miss investigations and reporting to the management.

•Conduct internal Auditing in the buildings and find out snag points for the making a safer work place.
