Mutual Funds Associate: Duties are, but not limited to, balancing, networking, recording and journaling accounts between mutual funds companies and the firm. Daily and in-house fund settlement duties and assist the supervisor with various task. Updating and maintaining settlement, trading, commission and mutual fund accounts as well as perform the data entry for such accounts. Establish networking between the mutual funds’ companies and the firm.

Central Assets Department Associate: Received and delivered bonds electronically between our firm and other brokerage firms through the Federal Reserve Bank. Processed orders and requests from clients as well as troubleshoot and problem-solving. Received and processed checks for bank delivery. Government Security Clearance

Runner: Duties performed for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange as a runner for floor brokers and phone clerks for trade tickets. Originated, reviewed and corrected daily reports for the floor for trade accounts.
