Responsibilities

The system computerizes the entire need of an Automobile Workshop. Right from the time a vehicle enters for service till the point when the vehicle is delivered all the activities in the Workshop are computerized using WMS. As and when the vehicle reports for repair a repair order is being generated in WMS where the Customer Details, Vehicle Details and the Complaints Reported are recorded. The system also supports to track the parts availability and record the return of Spare Parts. The labor performed on the vehicle is being recorded in the labor and finally a cash/credit bill is generated.
