Supervise all quality processes, confirming materials within specification and rejecting same that falls out of specification

Conduct incoming raw material and packaging materials with test plan following approved SOP

Maintain equipment calibration and keep records for next calibration date

Train & assign duties to junior staff, follow up on all assigned duties to ensure jobs are done following approved SOP’s

Verify records and ensure compliance with HACCP critical limits

Analyze processes, identify trends and anomalies and continuously evaluate plant programs for improvements
