• Serve as a senior member of Ranking Member Michael McCaul’s foreign policy team

• Work closely with policy and communications staff on issues related to Iran, North Korea, Sudan, India, China, Russia, Afghanistan, NATO, the Middle East Peace Process, Weapons Sales, International Organizations, Terrorism, American hostages, Brexit, and other foreign policy and national security topics

• Assist with full committee and subcommittee hearings, statements, and testimonies Senior Advisor to the House Committee on Homeland Security (2017 – 2019)

• Advised Chairman Michael McCaul and Members of the Committee on topics that included international terrorism, U.S. foreign policy, border security, cyber-warfare, and other homeland security issues

• Worked closely with the Committee press team on broader messaging strategies, media booking, media prep, and press releases
