Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Drawing Inerpretation & P&ID's .

Boiler & turbine operation, hot & cold start up of boiler & turbine. Handling field operation & Involving in Maintenance of all instrument equipments like Transformer, Motors & Breakers, MCC panel, IDBH, ACC, HRSG.

Maintaining boiler and turbine daily operation schedule, maintain daily log-sheet, isolation and normalization of boiler, turbine and auxiliaries.

Implemented Standard Operating Procedures, equipment lockout tag out procedures of power plant as per standardization.

Performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown/preventive/corrective maintenance for reducing downtime to minimum.

As O&M engineer responsible for eliminate the breakdown by frequent monitoring and performance reviewing of the equipment and execute the prepared periodic preventive maintenance schedule. PROJECT UNDER TAKEN:

PROJECT 1 : Electromagnetic Braking System

Details: It is an alternative to Conventional Frictionless brakes which are used in almost Every modern day vehicle .A frictionless electromagnetic braking system utilizes linear alternators which are controlled by a power electronics converter interface to capture the car's kinetic energy and generate braking force on the wheel.The alternators are engaged by means of driver or operator input. PROJECT 2: Obstacle Removing Robot for Autonomous Parking System. Details: The obstacle detection is primary requirement of this autonomous robot.The robot gets the information from surrounding area through mounted sensors on the robot.Some sensing devices used for obstacle detection like bump sensor, infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor etc. Ultrasonic sensor is most suitable for obstacle detection and it is of low cost and has high ranging capability.
