Lead Team of QA/QC Inspectors in Construction & Shutdown & Turnaround Maintenance projects in Saudi Basic Industries Corporation-SABIC, Saudi Arabian Oil Company-Saudi Aramco, and SADARA Chemical Company in various plants across Saudi Arabia.
Taking Responsibility of all aspect of the project related to quality assurance and quality control and the overall implementation of approved quality procedures at site.
Follow up of Project Design, specification related Testing and Procedures.
Carry out on site testing, when required to ensure compliance with specifications.
Make the arrangements for samples to be adequately stored until testing when required.
Liaise with third party and client representative for inspection, testing and witnessing for tests.
Maintain accurate daily records of inspection and tests.
Prepares punch list and Non Conformance reports, Preventive & Corrective action reports.
