Investigate the entire incident like LTI, First Aid, Environmental Incidents and Near Misses occurred at the site and take corrective action immediately to avoid reoccurrence.

Pre-planning and arrangements against physical, chemical biological, ergonomic and psychological issues directed by the HSE Manager

Conduct Emergency Mock Drills and Emergency Evacuation Procedure

Assists in Risk & Impact assessment (HIRA, HEMP) such as controlling risks, doing root cause analysis & prepare other procedures such as permit to work, emergency & confined space procedures; Conducts scaffolding inspection, excavation, electrical safety, MSDS, fire prevention and environmental protection proactive measurements & cost-effective plans
