$2.5M Contract Award, Total 5yr Ceiling on Contract 10.5M. Estimated annual booking could be up to $3-5M Company had no prior working relationship with the FAA.

FAA ADS-B Program – Successfully Developed – Managed a partnership with Prime Contractor ITT/Exelis to deliver A&E site design and Construction Services on this purpose built network for the Next Generation of Air Traffic Control. Recognized by ITT and multiple Tier One Tower Cos for best close out documentation packages. Over $+1.5M in services revenue within first 9 months

US Forest Service Tower Replacement 5yr IDIQ– nXgen communications as Co-Prime for this 5-year $11M (8a) Contract Award. Served as Principal Architect for strategy and proposal development, value proposition and all Teaming Agreements to win one of 3 Design-Build Contract Awards. Neither nXgen or 8a partner had any previous work with USFS. Key Value proposition allowed for multiple tower designs to better accommodate a national program. FAA Newark Liberty International Airport RTR Modernization Project – nXgen won this Parsons Designed (Remote Transmitter Reciever) site modernization contract over several more established and well-known contractors. nXgen with its engineering partner value engineered a new platform design to reduce costs and complete well under budget. The savings would allow for new towers to be added. Phase 1 included new pilings and raised concrete shelter platform. Phase 2 Design build 3 new 40FT communications towers with new helical pier foundations. Recognized by FAA and Port Authority of NY NJ PA Management for project site safety and setup.
