ELERTS - 2016- present Enterprise Security Sales / Consulting

Tasked with extending the bandwidth of a tech start up, specializing in SAAS. The app is called See Say and is based on the premise of promoting the DHS initiative of “If You See Something Say Something.” Initially tasked with putting into place, an order of operations for the existing sales force, explore existing opportunities within the K-12 / Collegiate/ transit space, and help to bring opportunities to closure. After successfully leading ELERTS to its most successful fiscal year, We began a campaign, to infiltrate the top 50 aviation hubs in the U.S. and use the “See Say” app, as a crowdsourced, real time 2-way narrative between badged airport employees and those personnel in the control center. To date my efforts have included:

Entered and won the AAAE “Shark Tank” Aviation Innovation competition against 5 other aviation startups.

Constructed a partnership with AAAE to package ELERTS with AAAE’s CBT training suites

associated with Part 139

Sold and deployed app to Denver International Airport (DEN) and implemented EIP (Employee Engagement Program) resulting in over $200,000 gross revenue

Brought ELERTS largest lump sum P.O. in at $395,000 after closing an incident reporting platform for METRA Commuter Rail Chicago.

DMI /Clarex – 2011-2016 Marketing Director

Branding and exposure of cutting-edge supplement. Developed by world renowned Harvard M.D., Eugene Chan. Accomplishments include: local and national exposure using social media outlets as well as strategically placed local and national print ads. Responsibilities also include acquisition of major accounts and negotiating cost structure and margin negotiation. With the acquisition of these “Big Box” accounts, it became necessary to design a detailed distribution plan that would ensure a streamline method of product shipment on a timely basis. Assembled a marketing team equipped to penetrate a competitive marketplace through all social media outlets as well as targeting mailings and using advanced marketing analytics. Within the first twelve months in existence I accomplished the following:

Learnkey Partners – 2008-2011 Government/Channel Sales

Cultivated strategic relationships with key decision makers, within medium to large government entities, in an effort to implement Learnkey computer-based training solutions and associated brands sold into commercial, government, and continuing education providers. Acting as a “Mentor to the teachers,” providing trouble shooting and strategic placement of computer-based training, in an effort to maximize usage and pass through ratio. Traveled to client locations as a Teaching consultant to insure success throughout the deployment and implementation process. Worked closely with educators, in an effort to ensure successful training was being utilized. Student usage of CBT could be monitored, and teachers could gauge program success based on completion of certification process.

Reader’s Digest /Books Are Fun – 2003-2008 Marketing Director

Prospected, met, coordinated, and executed employee events for the world’s leading display marketer of books and gifts. Through self-created call campaigns, generated leads for client meetings. Traveled to client locations to meet with Event Coordinators to pitch and close events for both the Books Are Fun book and Bath & Beauty collections. Negotiated end user rebate amounts that were given based on the total number of sales dollars. Responsible for creation of all advertising materials that were distributed both online and within the facilities to promote events.
