Managed the redevelopment of two industrial properties in the Bronx and Queens. The Bronx property is a 230,00SF manufacturing building converted to a commercial and retail facility. The work included new glazing, elevators, storefront, MEP systems and bathrooms with a $20M. The Queens property is a $17M renovation with tenants in the building. Work includes new roof, windows, façade, bathrooms and heating system.
