I was Team Captain on the Team Depot Committee, enjoyed giving back to the community. Headed up three events, 1st was for Michael Anderson School repainting the playground. Did the bid, requested the grant, and set up to have volunteers join us and do the project, it was awesome to give back to the community, and was a huge success. The 2nd event was backpack drive for salvation army which we collected back backs and school supplies within our warehouse and had our first ever Car/Motorcycle event to help raise more. The last event we did a toy Drive and partnered with AZNews7TV and Hometown Hero’s Toy Drive, we raised toys within our warehouse and partnered with RDC 5643 and had a Car/Motorcycle show. It was a huge success we raised 5100 toys and $278.00 for more toys, and we were able to deliver the toys to the news station as well as they were at the car show filming the event. It was an awesome, rewarding experience to be a part of.
