Working as Engineering Coordinator in Emirates Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi from June – 2015 to until Present.
JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implemented Hotsos system for handling Facility Management operation and complaints from internal customers.
Implemented IFMS system for preparing PPM schedule from IFMS system and ensuring all the PPM has been carried out as per schedule.
Develop and Implemented a FM Service Level Agreement with (Franek, Hotel Optimizer) for benchmarking, performance tool which allows a building’s energy, water and waste to be measured.
Assist Chief Engineer to prepare monthly P&L report
Coordinate with Project Engineer from beginning to completion of project and keep the record of all the project related documents and correspondences.
Preparing of Payroll of 107 Engineering staff.
Coordinate with section engineers and prepare monthly report.
Arrange Departmental Training Plans and ensure all the staff are fully trained.
Coordinate with section engineers to do the third party certification and keep the proper documentation of and record for fast traceability.
Perform the role of insurance claim coordinator between the property and loss adjuster.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Raising purchase requisition of materials as per minimum & maximum reorder level using FBM purchase module and closely follow - up with Procurement Department.
Daily Follow – up with Vendors and Update the status of delivery from Local and Foreign Suppliers to run smooth Operation
Receiving the material from supplier after confirming the specification and detail with the Purchase order and ensure the quality of Material.
Making receipt of receiving material in FBM inventory module and submitting the delivery note and invoices with attached LPO to the account department.
Follow – up for Pending invoices upon the completion of Jobs and forward to Accounts Department after approval.
Creating New Articles and Allocate there Cost Centre.
Controlling the movement of materials in store.

Coordinating racking and storing and maintaining high standards of material handling.
Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability and ensuring the stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
Developing and implementing SOPs for the warehouse.
Being on call for any emergencies.
Coordinate with Transportation Department for vehicle repair and Maintenance.
Ensure safe unloading and placement in assigned storage location.
Facilitating effective communication within the team and across the site.
