Manage usage of company card and usage of company laptop. Managed the releasing of material cars and billing material cars for the next assigned project. Oversee and review the reading project plans where materials are to be distributed. Ensuring staff understands the projects plan and where materials are to be distributed. Familiarize getting scheduled time for ETC duties, including the time for getting on the track for the team with computer in verbally communicating this task.
