Created and improved Operation Sheets to support Safran’s manufacturing processes. These improved standardization of workThis improved standardization of work and enabled new operators to rapidly increase their productivity.

Utilized self-taught computer programming skills to create a GUI for users to enter quality data into a database with a graphical front-end that provided users statistics on quality performance.

Served as a member of the Corvette Radiator Quality Team wherein I collected and analyzed quality data to resolve a major issue that was causing scrap rates of up to 40% on Corvette radiators. My efforts led to a countermeasure that reduces scrap rates to less than 5%.

Designed and conducted a quality study that reduced assembly line defect rates from 15% to less than 2% by identifying the faulty machine operation causing defects and implementing a solution.
