Provided customer service to suppliers and end users of shop products and processes. Ensured mechanics were fully loaded with work, that their training was complete, and that they had all the tools and supplies necessary to safely complete their assignments. Performed daily analysis of site safety incidents for crew reporting and training.

Dec 2012 – July 2020: Safety Ambassador, Boeing – Everett, WA Co-led a diverse team of safety minded professionals tasked with increasing the safety mindset of all department employees to reduce injuries and increase participation in ergonomic activities. Focused on identifying high risk tasks and mitigating hazards at the lowest level. Tasks included running weekly meetings, conducting incident and accident investigations, surveying and auditing employee work stations, managing several internal safety fairs each year, developing and producing quarterly safety summits, and presenting training material to all employees.
