Senior Healthcare Consultant

Managed large scale, integrated electronic medical record (EMR) implementations for all areas of a facility and offsite locations which included: IP Nursing, ED, Lab, Rad, Pharmacy, Peri Op, Behavioral Health, Dietary, as well as other ancillary departments of the hospital.

Planned a software rollout in 2018 for 61 hospitals using a condensed timeline and successfully managed completion of all implementations in 12 months resulting in a savings of $7.2 million/year.

Designed and implemented various tools and templates for multiple large-scale projects to ensure the consistency necessary to support the client timeline and customer needs.

Worked directly with Product and Program Managers to monitor project timelines and status of numerous in-flight projects.

Developed role-based training material and supported the configuration of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) required to support a large-scale implementation and software migration project involving new customers, as well as approximately 10,000 end users with a focus on minimizing project costs while managing project teams.
