Contact local, state, and national associations and participates in meetings/conventions. Correspond with state and national legislators regarding matters concerning home health. Have full authority as well as responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Agency including staff changes at all levels. Authorize Attend in wanting, the delegation of responsibilities of various departments during the department head's absence.

Advisory Committee. Determine organizational lines of authority and areas of responsibility for Agency staff. Solve day-to-day problems that arise within the Agency. Perform any other function deemed necessary for the good of the Agency by the President/Vice President. Collect necessary information supervising and completes all agency surveys, credit applications, state and federal licensure/certification applications, Civil rights compliance information, etc. Participate in clinical review of charts to ensure that quality patient care is achieved within parameters set forth by governing bodies. Provide for adequate in-service to ensure that the clinical staff is educated regarding Medicare / Medicaid patient care guidelines, and proper case management.
