Responsibilities Carried

1. Control of stock movement within the outbound stores. 2. Allocation of work to pickers and loaders.

3. Ensure all quality and Health and Safety requirement are met in accordance with company policies.

4. Ensure all stock is Cycle Counted and Year End inventory is accomplished according to company procedures.

5. Ensuring all SAP data entries on WMS and R3P are correct and on time. 6. Ensuring all PID’s generated on particular shift are transmitted. 7. Prepare dispatched summary and submit to poultry Finance & Planning. 8. Make sure if any amending PID’s where necessary and communicates to Shift Manager. 9. Daily Reconciliation of Production output Vs Dispatch Vs SAP Receipt and issues for Fresh and Frozen products.

10. Ensuring all the PGR Vs PGI are tally Vs Physical Stock. 11. Planning daily stock counts in accordance with the SAP cycle count requirements. 12. Handle all Crates and Pallets movement and ensuring the stock on hand are sufficient for daily operation.

13. Preparation of weekly KPI and all other related MIS reports are prepared and distribute to higher management in accordance with TAT.

Responsibilities Carried

To ensure all materials are received from production have picked as per the pick list/Pallet tag

(ID), arranged in pallet as per standard configuration and issued to internal customers as per the agreed time and standards specified, by coordinating warehouse operator and stock controller. Areas of Responsibility

1. Marshalling all finished goods which needs to be delivered to depot. 2. Checking all orders allocated to you to ensure all products are 100% accurate. 3. Investigating any discrepancies and highlights these to the stock controller. 4. Checking for any damaged, poorly stacked product and replace where necessary. 5. Counting of finished goods physically and reporting to stock controller weekly/monthly.

6. Communicating to stock controller completed orders and hand in paperwork to office.

7. Monitoring build-up of goods and arrange movement to suitable locations. 8. Checking picked finished goods as per depot order. 9. Delivering finished goods to respective depot as per the agreed time. 10. Pick the finished goods as per Pick List to meet the requirement with the help of Hand Held Terminal (HHT).

11. Check the quantity picked and inspects them comparing with pallet Tag and Pick List.

12. Physical counting of finished goods weekly/monthly. 13. Allocating Forklift Operators and Warehouse Operative for finished goods receiving and dispatching on daily basis.

Responsibilities Carried

To ensure all materials (Fresh/Frozen) are received from the productions. I can do anything’s using to all my License Vehicles (Reach Truck, Forklift, and Pallet Truck (T20)) by as per the instruction to coordinating all Managers, Sr.Warehouse Assistant and Stock Controller. Areas of Responsibility

1. Receiving (All materials (Fresh/Frozen) are received from the productions). 2. Pallet Picking (Have picked as per the pick list mentioned on the rack). 3. Pallet Transferring (Picking the pallet arranged in delivered to loading bay). 4. Marshalling (Filling the goods for Pick phase area). 5. Loading (Sr. Warehouse Assistant and Stock Controller should must have Checking finished goods as per depot order. After loader can check and write on the loader sheet then open that allocating reefer everything checking clearly after Warehouse Assistant confirmation base can load).

6. Frozen Arrangement (Fill the Product each can arrange expiry wise put away from the rack, whoever for the allocated frozen in charge his instruction base). 7. Material Transfer for Allocated depot.
