Responsibilities:

Provide people and operational leadership and direction to implement pasture and stock

management across the whole farm system to achieve the overall aims of the Farm Business

Plan.

Assist the Farm Business Manager with long-term planning, and play a contributory role in

development of the annual business plan and budget, as well as crisis response and
