Duties:

Talent Acquisition:

Fulfilling company’s vacancies for short term, long term and project based for both white and blue collar (about 150 Vacancies) in accordance with the manpower plan and according to our recruitment process.

Receive assigned new Requests from the HR manager to start the coordination process to fill new vacancies’ requirements, starting from meeting with the Line Managers to collect the required information about the needed total vacancies and agree on vacancies closures deadlines. Also collecting information and understanding properly the main job requirements to screen the right caliber through job posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates (HR & Technical interviews), assessment and check reference (If needed) Select and use the suitable recruitment source whether through ECOBAT database, recruitment websites, headhunting, advertisements, or employment fairs, etc. Conduct CBI interviews for all vacancies Blue and white collar. Refer the accepted candidate’s hiring documents (Application- Assessments) to the HR Manager for signature.

Proceed for requesting the package proposal advice for the selected candidates from the HR manager in alignment with ECOBAT approved salary structure and refer it for final approval from the HR Manager

Present the approved jobs offers proposals to the accepted candidates and negotiate the job offers to succeed obtaining candidates

Respond to hired candidates’ inquiries to assist them in finalizing their hiring documents in order to ensure they are starting on board based on agreed starting date. Develop and maintain recruitment tracking systems, and manual filing systems to ensure keeping data accurate and updated.

Submit the recruitment progress/status reports on a regular basis to the HR Section Head to ensure that recruitment needs, requirements are monitored, updated and delivered as per manpower plan.

Organization Development:

Conduct Ecobat organization chart and follow up it’s approval with HR Manger Update JDs for existing positions and create JD for new positions Assist in employee performance appraisal

Conduct orientation for newcomers and make sure they have all orientation. Conduct exit interviews, turnover analysis and provide recommendation to decrease it. Personnel:

Completion and proper filing of all employee files in accordance with the systematic and departmental policies and procedures.

Assist Personnel Department in conducting employees’ evaluations in probation period and renewing of contracts.

Duties:

Work with an HR team on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures to meet organization goals.

Develop and review organization structure.

Conduct job analysis and Works with line managers to develop job descriptions. Proactively build and maintain the adequate sourcing channels for plant positions (shop floor and office based) in order to ensure the timely attraction and the acquisition of the best right talent into the organization.

HR. Payroll and Personnel Specialist June 2015 to Oct 2016 Handle payroll and HR operations for companies (CIB Bank – NBG Bank – QNB Bank – Egypt Otsuka – Energizer Holding – Atlas Copco)

Duties:

Prepare new workers files and organize the staff employment documents in accordance with the labor law and the company's policies.

Follow-up receiving the staff employment documents from clients and delivered to the social insurance coordinator.

Receipt of the monthly effects of customers or Premiere representative of the client like discounts, extra, attendance and bonuses.

Organize paydays to customers (Bank and Cash and checks) with an obligation to contracts and company policies using wage program (HITS).

Follow-up to the issuance of checks from customers and bill collection. Delivery of payroll cards and the payment of salaries cash or checks or salary slips. Signing contracts with new employees and open bank accounts with the Contact Person. Recording vacations and follow-up vacations balances for all employees. Action required reports for Premiere Company, also to clients and send them to the supervisor for review before they are delivered to clients.

Send letters Outage and assembling staff resignations and signatures insurance. Follow-up requests and inquiries daily workers of the company or government agencies. Responsible for medical insurance and to ensure that all employees involved in medical insurance. Town Team Company March 2014 to May, 2015

Branch Accountant

Responsible for all accounting duties in the branch and Handling the branch daily accounting tasks. Duties:

Handle the daily account receivable.

Responsible of Bank reconciliation.

Working with Retail Oracle program.

Manage the branch Expenses, revenue and net income. Perform a weekly stock taking.

Prepare the daily journal entry for the branch and raise to the HQ. Handle the needed activities with the banks.
