My responsibilities start with checking the shift reports, and duties handed over to me by the previous shift.

Check the grooming standards of staff. Brief the staff, and allocate work areas and also ensure staff performs their assigned duties correctly. Ensure that customers are served in a professional efficient and courteous manner.

Update the memos and VVIP alerts.

Check and ensure that the assigned service area is kept clean and tidy at all times. Ensure crockery and cutlery items are clean and arranged in order. Check and ensure that the food counters are filled properly and neatly arranged.

Attend to the customer complaints patiently and provide regular feed back to the supervisors.

Follow up the stocks, ordering and confirming receipts as per ERP.Equipment breakages are monitored and kept at minimum levels.

Follow up safety standards to ensure safe working practices in accordance with company policies
