PRESENT ASSIGNMENT

GENERAL MANAGER TAMILNADU PETROPRODUCTS LIMITED FROM MARCH 2018

Associated with Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited (TPL) as General Manager from March 2018 to till date and earlier from June 1988 to January 2009. TPL is a joint sector of TIDCO and SPIC having a turnover of 1000 Crores.

Key Responsibilities :

Instrumental in developing the required Infrastructure to fabricate Pressure Vessels to meet requirements

Responsible for facilitating to get the required Statutory Approvals for setting up the Engineering facility

Responsible for Design and Engineering Team Manufacturing Process Equipments and Pressure Vessels

Providing Technical support to the Manufacturing Team in areas of Casting, Machining and Fabrication.

Technical support to Marketing Team to review Client requirements and to incorporate aspects in Design.

I was responsible for implementing 1500 MW of Wind Farm Projects at Tamil Nadu, Maharasthra, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh heading Projects Department responsible for Project Execution, Evacuation, Land activities, Statutory Approvals, Materials Management, Logistics and Customer Coordination.

SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER ORIENT GREEN POWER LTD., CHENNAI 2010 to 2011

Orient Green Power Ltd is a subsidiary of Shriram EPC Group having an annual turnover of 45000 Crores. Shriram EPC offers EPC Services for Wind Farms, Biomass, Thermal, Cooling Towers and Pollution Treatment Plants.

I was responsible for implementing 600 MW of Wind Farm Projects at Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Mahararastra heading Projects Department responsible for Project Execution, Project Evacuation, Land Development, Statutory Approvals, Materials Management, Logistics and Customer Coordination.

Ramco Industries Limited is Group Company of Ramco (Madras Cements) manufacturing Cement & Cement Products.

Responsibile for Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Materials Management, Marketing, Statutory Approvals, Safety & Corporate Services for Nine Fibre Cement Factories in India and one Factory at Sri Lanka.

Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Ramco Group Wind Farm facility with a generation capacity of 240 MW situated at Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

CHIEF MANAGER TAMILNADU PETROPRODUCTS LIMITED, CHENNAI 1988 to 2008

Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd (TPL) is a Joint venture promoted by Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) and Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation (SPIC), involved in the Manufacture of Normal Paraffin, Linear Alkyl Benzene, Epichlorohydrin and Caustic Soda with an annual Turnover of around 1200 Crores.

Involved in Technical Evaluation, Approval of Equipment Drawings, Basic Engineering and Detailed Drawings.

Involved during Enquiry Specifications and finalising Scope of Supply having Technical Decisions of Project

Review of Technical Proposals for Modification, Plant Revamp and Coordination with Engineering Contractors.

Responsible for Erection, Operation & Maintenance of 48 MW of Wind Farm Project at Palladam, Coimbatore.
