Manages the Random Moment Sample (RMS) for the Child Protective Investigation
Program. Provides daily technical assistance and oversees the statewide implantation of
RMS to Child Protective Investigators (CPI) and/or Family Support Workers
(FSW) within the DCF Regions and/or CPI’s employed by a Sheriff’s Office. Produces
data reports that reflect the revenue earned per fund source. Develop training materials
and provides training instruction to Regional Coordinators on how to train their staff on
the methods of completing the random moment sample.
Key Contributions: Produce monthly statistical reporting which demonstrates the percentage of funding allocated by each fund source which are presented to the Director of Revenue Management and The Director of Protective and Supportive Services.

Customized tutoring and instructional approaches to meet the needs of diverse client populations ranging from grades K through 12. Recruited to serve as a liaison between the Office Of Child Welfare Training Program and Revenue Management. Direct contact for 67 counties in Florida to provide Title IV-E Training related trainings and technical assistance. Reviewed and approved statewide contracts that maximized the use of claiming Title IV-E Training funding. Monitored multiple databases to ensure the expenditures and training activities were allowable per the federal guidelines.
Key contributions: Complied Title IV-E training report comparison analysis related to each agency’s spending per fiscal year which was submitted to the Children’s Bureau for federal review.

Increased and organized the voter traffic on the campus of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University by developing and implementing attention-grabbing plans to get new voters to the polls.
