I.Rural Agricultural Work Experience

Have completed RAWE project under the guidance of Dr. Aaditya Narayan Chaubey Assistant Professor of IFTM University, Moradabad in the Village- Dhanupura of district Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

II.Survey work experience in rural areas of Moradabad for data collection on vegetable farmers' from August 2017 to January 2018.

Working Currently in Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals as a Project Officer.

With 18 months of working experience in the development& Management sector that includes Agriculture, rural development as a Project Officer to carry out livelihood promotion, Monitoring & Evaluation, Business Plans, Monitoring Budgets/Expenditures of the projects.

Agriculture Projects Undertaken

Producers Organization Development Fund (PODF) NABARD Project

Monitoring and Coordination of 24 Farmer Producers Companies (FPCs) in four states namely Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan & Karnataka.

Submission of monthly progress, quarterly project implementation & monitoring committee reports and business plan of the FPCs to NABARD.

Providing guidance and support to the field teams for execution and achievement of project deliverables such as plans of Exposure visit & Mobilization programmes for the farmers of FPCs and trainings to BoDs and CEOs of the FPCs on various aspects of Producers Organization.

Tracking of day-to-day implementation of project deliverables vis-a-vis implementation plans.

Financial Management of the Project –Handling financial part of the project which includes raising invoices, making payments, keeping record of expenditure, monitoring budgets, making utilization certificates.

Doing digitization of data related to all FPCs on FPO web portal created by NABARD so that all the information of the FPOs concern would be obtained from the portal.

Karnataka Special Project-I & II

Monitoring and Coordination of 32 Horticulture Farmers' Producers Companies (HFPCs) in Karnataka state namely district Shimoga, Sagar,Bellary, Koppal, Bidar, Kalaburgi, Yadgir, Dharwad, Haveri, Hanagal, Bijapur, Raichur, Bagalkot, Bagalkot, etc.

Submission of phases wise project implementation & monitoring committee reports and business plan of the FPCs& To draw the Equity every FPC from SFAC.

Doing digitization of data related to all FPCs on FPO web portal Sugyan MIS created by SFAC so that all the information of the FPOs concern would be obtained from the portal.

PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE

FPOs Promotion Under HMNEH & RKVY-Raftaar, Assam

24 Farmers Producer Organisations(FPOs) to be promoted under Horticulture Mission for North East and Himalayan States(HMNEH) & RKVY- Raftaar are the part of Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture(MIDH) & Agri. Department at Assam namely districts- Barpeta, Baksha, Bongaigaon, Darrang, Goalpara, Hailakandi, Karabi Anlong, South Salmara & Udalguri, etc.

The process of promoting & Registration of 24 Farmers Producer Organisations (FPOs/FPCs) covering Horticulture & Agriculture Crops growers farmers in the state. In conformity with the Directorate of Horticulture & Food Processing, Assam & Directorate of Agriculture have allocated Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals (ISAP) the responsibility of formation of 24 Farmers Producer Organizations (FPOs), in the state.

Till now we have mobilized 4000 farmers against the total targets, 10000 farmers under HMNEH & we chasing 2nd phase in RKVY-Raftaar. under HMNEH we have formed around 300 Farmers Interest Groups(FIGs) so far by gathering 20 farmers in a group. Each of the FPO will be covering 1000 Farmers and total of 22 districts of Assam, Under this project, we will address the entire of Horticultural and Agricultural from production to consumption through backward and forward linkages.

Monitoring, Coordination and Submission of phase wise project activities report to Department of Horticulture, Assam. Under this project up to mobilised 5k farmers as above mentioned districts in different Blocks and Villages.
