Job Profile:

Currently working as Executive - HR & Administration. Initially my assigned job was to modify the complete set up of HR and Admin activities. In last Nine years, I have learned a lot as a professional and shouldered the following responsibility successfully…

HR Operations –

Responsible for monitoring / managing the overall Recruitment & Selection life-cycle (Interview coordination, resume data bank, coordinating with employment agencies).

Monitoring the joining process of all the store employees on DAY ONE, ensuring the smooth induction process & Placement for new Joinees with requisite arrangement.

Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter and general certificates.

Initiating for the necessary training needs to all the new joinees by co-coordinating through internal departments.

Maintaining employee personal records in payroll software and personal files

Relieving and Exit formalities (full and final settlement, leave encashment, gratuity calculation).

Status change for promotion / increment, Disciplinary action by issuing the warning / show cause letter.

Analyzing the HR processes and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensuring continuous improvement in process capabilities. Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures in terms of training to avoid the same.

Promotion and Transfer activities / formalities.

Handling issues related with PF, ESIC, and Gratuity & Bonus of employees.

Monthly reporting through MIS.

Death claim settlement with PF office and Insurance Office.

Maintaining all day to day official correspondence.

Handling fatal industrial casualties and necessary formalities subsequently as per norms.

Attendance & Leave Management-

Monitoring the daily attendance and leave posting in Attendance Software and regular updating.

Extra work and Compensatory off administration.

Salary processing through Payroll Software with attendance in coordination with accounts department.

Facilitating accounts department for payment of employees’ salary to bank account.

Contract Labour Management –

Coordinating with all the Contractors working in the plant

Managing labours on daily basis as per the departmental requirement.

Monitoring of Contractor License renewal, PF and other Annual returns etc.

Ensuring wage distribution before Management Representative.
