-Conducted Time & Method Studies in several areas in order to identify bottlenecks within an area and alleviate the constraint.
-Time Studies in order to set standard time and determine the takt time for the line to move based on the build rate required per machine.
-Executed line balancing strategies by updating Labour Resources Planning documents in order to determine worker and machine utilization which assisted in balancing the workload of the production line.
