PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY & GOALS

Senior Reservoir Engineer with a master of science in petroleum engineering from The University of Oklahoma (2006). Over eighteen years of experience in reservoir management, economic evaluation, field simulation and development activities. My primary interest is to develop and optimize operated unconventional assets that will allow me to demonstrate my expertise in exploration, simulation, and mentorship of younger engineers thus creating new business opportunities and optimizing revenue for the company. CAPABILITIES

Eighteen years of diverse oil and gas industry experience including: reservoir engineering, production optimization, field planning and development, petroleum economics and well completion, in various projects in L48 Shale plays, Gulf of Mexico and West Africa projects. Experience in New Ventures (Exploration, data rooms, Evaluating opportunities)

Highly skilled in: Reserves evaluation, log interpretation, new drill rate prediction and production forecasting, decline curve analysis, and economic evaluations.

Up-to-date with the implementation of enhancement technologies and software to identify low-cost solutions, infill drilling and work over opportunities.

Strong understanding of technical concept of reservoir producing mechanisms for unconventional shale coupled with current completion technology, which explains historical performance data and how to apply the proper completion to maximize recovery in shale and any ultralow perm hydrocarbon system. PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Evaluated Acreage acquisition on the Piceance Basin with a final recommendation of 8,000 acres instead of 35,000 acres based on the reevaluation of the forecast methodology and the initial volumetric estimated for the resources.

Senior Engineer for pilot water flood project of an oil depleted field, from scoping to implementation, resulting in an incremental production of 320 BOPD. Project led to implementation plans for full field waterflood.

Designed a workover/stimulation project for depleted gas reservoir, which successful brought idle wells back on, and increased an average daily production by 120 MCFD/well on 1800 wells.

Influenced operator (Chesapeake) to change completion design on Utica shale (Point pleasant) improving production up to 35%.

Recommended high density cluster spacing completion for the Bakken/Eagle Ford/ Marcellus/Utica assets, concept tested on several wells archiving great results with 3 of the top ten performers in the Bakken (Jay 1-R24, Osprey and Peregrine), Eagle Ford: WeVVeQdRUf V aQd EaUQeVW pads.

Wrote Reservoir engineering guidelines on decline curve analysis and Modeling for unconventional reservoirs.

At Oasis petroleum changed how they forecast wells and their process for constructing type wells as well as their view on inter-well spacing. The key accomplishment was getting the engineers on the same technical level to be to handle more complex problems. As a result, Oasis reduced their wells per section from 12-16 wells down to 4 wells per 1280ac. The tighter spacing previously employed had resulted in just about every completed well-being uneconomic. At wider spacing, wells approach unbounded parent well performance which has robust economics. EXPERIENCE
