3 X 250 MW, Bongaigaon, NTPC, 2016

Role: Sr. Engineer Instrumentation (Commissioning)

Overview: Engineering for 230 V AC UPS, 24 V DC Charger, Unit Console desk for C&I and Electrical, Vibration Monitoring System, PT/DPT, Temperature Transmitter (with Single and Dual Input), CCTV, PA System, Hardware for DCS and Instrument Commissioning Engineer. Responsible for engineering for all above mentioned packages. Data sheet, calculation sheet, BOM, wiring drawing Preparation, JB schedule, tray schedule, cable schedule preparation. FAT, Pre-FAT checks with client. Conducting Type test at Vendor location and quality inspection with NTPC RIO representative for achieving MDCC of various category of packages. Major activity for site execution plan, providing remote support to site, site survey, EAQ preparation for site execution.

3 X 500 MW, Vallur, NTPC, Tamilnadu Power Corporation Limited, 2014-2016

Role: Engineer Project

Overview: Execution plan for shutdown activities, responsible for installation and commissioning of LTO2 and HTO2 analyzer, 230V UPS, 24V DC Charger and batteries, BHMS, Unit Control Desk, Electrical control panel, synchronoscope, CHEMS, SWAS, AAQMS, Thermocouple, PT/DPT, Temperature transmitter, Analog CCTV and PA System. And calibration for velocity sensor (VMS), calibration for PT/DPT, TT, Thermocouple and RTD. Hookup drawing preparation for LIE/LIR of Impulse line.

Software: Interface with DCS Module to third party communication like charger, UPS, CHEMS through Modbus (i.e. soft signal) communication with quick builder software (Honeywell) and OPC communication with firewall. LT and HT drive check through EPKS.
