Description: Proliferation Assay used to examine the viability of cells and measures the number of cells. Two dyes were used to perform this assay. 1). Hochest 2). YOYO-1. Also, used two drugs for comparison: 1). GENT61 and 2). JK184. After splitting cells and 24hrs of incubation, cells treated with 1:10 dilutions of using drugs. And count the fluorescence. Result indicated that GENT61 is inhibiting more cancer cells then JK184.

Manage sample storage and inventory by coordinating with Project managers, Laboratory Staff, and clients. Label, login, and store samples according to test protocols and/or sponsor requirements.
