- Sud 777 Restaurant, (Mexico City, Mexico). Create a new provisioning; logistics and storage plan for a location that supplies 5 different kitchens.
- Kokai Restaurant, (Mexico City, Mexico). Create a new provisioning; logistics and storage plan for the restaurant. Help and do the Marketing/ Social Media for Kokai Restaurant.
- Created events where the main objective was to recreate and invent for a couple of days a original meal. This included the events logistics as well as meal prep and decorations. The purpose of the events was to transport clients to a different place, recreating memories and historic moments. The following meals were created:
1. Dinner inspired in Lewis Carroll’s novel: Alice in Wonderland. 2. Recreate two of the most typical restaurants in Spain that are located in Cordoba and the Basque Country. The chef in charge of each restaurant supervised both events.
