Main function: To make sure that all rigging crew is working in a safe environment. Planning, Controlling work quality, Reporting and documenting work, Developing employees Complying with company policies and procedures and employment laws Time management, Organising, crane Co-ordinating Overseeing of all rigging foreman and crews and crane operators, Checking of the load charts of the cranes and checking of all rigging equipment that has a valid certificates and the crane hook certificate, rope certificate, To do rigging study and do risk assessment with my rigging team and crane operators before they start working in order to minimise the risk or danger, Making sure that they are working in a good and safe environment Delegating work to all riggers and crane operators

Able to read the load chart of the crane. Inspection of all rigging tools, Safety harnesses and check that are colour coded, checking that all tools have the valid certificate and is on the register, filling of daily Pre-lift inspection, monthly inspection, quarterly inspection, and yearly inspection. Attach a load to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, Lifting of the containers using mobile hydraulic cranes, overhead cranes and turning the load, Lifting, installing and aligning of the pipes, Machines and the spirical header on the boiler side and on the turbine side. Using hands and power tools. Weighing of the load using load cell. Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability. Hand signals or communicate with a radio and verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads, in order to ensure safety of workers and materials. Align level and anchor machinery. Install valve, pumps, machinery and screens in the plant. Rigging and lifting heavy loads

Lifting of the structures and assembling of the structures on new plant using mobile cranes.

Loading and offloading of the materials and also do the rigging study on the loads that is above 5 Ton.
