Contribution: Enhanced the system to account for Medicare Supplemental, a Highmark BCBS Medicare product for Minnesota, North Dakota and Wyoming regions. Added a functionality to accommodate the new products’ different choices of Medicaid coverage types as well as Riders that can be selected for some of the plans and to generate a Medicaid Report specifically for Blue Cross and Blue Shield Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wyoming. The project covers conversion of all modules from Gupta to PowerBuilder platform.

2. Project Name: Singpost Bill Pages

Software Used: PowerBuilder 7.0, Sybase System 11.9

Scope of the Project: Singpost Bill Pages is a program that mainly used to generate mail labels. It also generates reports that will satisfy different criteria for accounts mail label printing.

Contribution: Developed the Singpost Bill Pages alone. Created the application based on the user requirements and met the timeframe accordingly. Performed testing, user acceptance and training, and system implementation. Documented all necessary work flows and processes and produced user manual.

Contribution: Modified different scripts written in Unix Shell Scripts and Macro of Tera Term Pro 2.3. Amended screen layouts of data transfer based on user requirements and created programs for different conversion processes.
