RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure that all materials are available in store at all time for operational use.
• Checking the quality and quantity of materials at the point of delivery by the supplier before receiving.
• Storage of materials at the designated stores when delivered by the supplier.
• Monitoring stock level in the store in order to avoid excesses and shortages.
• Following standard procedure of First in first out (FIFO) and first expired first out (FEFO) in store.
• Ensure that the store and its environment are clean every time.
• conducting stock physical inventory as at when due, most important end of the month.
• Conducting random check to ensure avoid materials getting expired in the store.
• Ensure that slow moving materials are being utilized before getting expired.
• Ensure all documents is properly filed in their respective files for audit purpose.
• Working closely with the executive chef to ensure all materials are acceptable before receiving.
• Working closely with hygiene officer to ensure smooth operation during delivery of materials.
• Following standard operation procedure (SOP).
• Updating all the forms which is required for store activities.eg (receiving reports, temperature monitoring forms, notice of error correction, etc)
• To ensure that materials are being purchased based on required standard.
• Creating Local Purchase Order (LPO) and sending it to supplier for delivery.
• Ensuring that materials are being delivered as at when due.
• Creating and posting of Goods receipt Notes (GRN).
• posting of suppliers’ invoices into the system for payment purpose.
• Issuing of materials to different departments within the location.
• Inspecting supplier’s vehicles at the point of delivery before receiving the materials.
• controlling cost of raw materials by placing order for materials with less price and good quality.
• Work cordially with operation manager to achieve set goals.
