ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze week wise plan vs actual supplies to customer.

Discuss with customer on the abnormalities in week plan vs actual supplies and communicate the same to internal team by next week 1st day to avoid the any line stoppages & Inventory control.

Prepare the previous day plan vs actual and discuss with internal team for delivery failures and support customer with parts on top most priority.

Prepare daily customer schedule & verify the opening stock of customer & internal and alert the internal team if any abnormalities

Responsible to Provide Production planning.

Responsible for Material planning for Daily production needs.

Coordinate with internal team for if any criticalities in supplies.

Ensure 100% rejection materials reconciliation between customer Vs internal.

Responsible for packing development on Export Supplies.

Obtain weekly GRN report from customer and reconcile with our supplies.If any invoices not accounted by customer, providing the proper POD and request customer to account the invoices accordingly.

Ensuring Container and Truck Maintenance Activity and Providing Customer Delight.

Responsible for Exporting the Finished Goods to other Countries Customers.

Responsible for packing development on Export Supplies.

Submitting NPD samples to Customer before Start of SOP

Daily job report of shop floor to Management.

Reconciliation of stock with accounting audit.

Collect the data of Physical Stock.

Preparation materials planning (which is coming in time or late).

Collect internal rejection data Manufacturing wise.

Preparation new project packing design implementation.

Preparation export packing material validation report .

Daily stock maintain in GERP & manual system.

Responsible for Kanban system implemented the ford customer .
