NATURE OF WORK:

Reporting directly to the Unit Supervisor through GIS/Field Supervisor.

Review inspection to ensure the contractor’s Quality control documents and test results for conformance to project requirements

Regular monitoring and surveillance of EPC and sub contractor’s performance during construction activities to comply the requirement of MSAER.

Control of non-conforming work activities through the implementation of the non-conformance control procedure. If occurs,initiating log book entries in Aramco QMIS(Quality Management Information system)as Violation,Proactive notification, General Comments

Review the contractor's look-ahead schedule to assist in the planning of coverage of the work activities & prevent construction problems. Monitoring of activities as per RFI.

Attending the RFI’s issued by contractor for Welding, NDT activities as per ITP

Surveillance carried out on going activities at site and findings to be informed to PMT/EPC contractor through Log book entries

Perform Focus Assessment on regular intervals as per work instruction.

Initiating and follow up of Contractor/Sub contractor’s NCR’s through the completion and sign-off in a timely manner

Review of contractor’s WPS/PQR prior to start of welding activities and issuance of JCC for welders as per Project specification and codes

Monitoring and ensure the Radiographic testing coverage as per line class for 100% lines and 10% lines

Witnessing the PWHT activities and review of charts to conform the requirements as per specifications

Review and approval of Hydro and Pneumatic test packages.

Witnessing the Pneumatic and hydro test activities and ensure water quality requirement as per approved procedure

PMCC walk through participation,making punch items and entering in the MPCS system and coordination meeting with PMT for resolving PMCC items

NATURE OF WORK:

Reporting directly to the Project Unit Field Supervisor/Project Quality Manager (PQM).

Review the Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP),Method statement (MS) in Accordance with the requirement of company specification, International codes and Standards.

Involve in Receiving inspection of both Contractor and Company supplied materials upon arrival on site. Physical verification, documents verification like IRC, MTC, COC & submitted documents as per purchase order, Project supply plan, drawings and specifications.

Regular monitoring and surveillance of contractor’s performance during construction activities.

Participating in bi-weekly Quality meetings conducted by Owner of Company.

QA/QC Inspector shall receive RFIs and inspect the activity for all Hold and Witness Points as identified in the Contractors approved ITPs.

Submit weekly Inspection reports and Quality weekly Highlights to the QA Manager for his review and records.

Violations observed Inspection observation and comments, job clarifications, recommendations shall be communicated to the contractor through Log book.

Review the Contractor’s internal NCR’s

Review and approve contractor quality personnel in accordance with Project Schedule Q requirements.

Ensuring construction is being carried out as per IFC drawing.

Perform Focus Assessment on regular intervals as per the instruction from QA Manager.

Review and approval of WPS according to project specification and codes.

Welding consumables receiving inspection, and monitored storage of welding consumables as per project specification and standards.

Witnessing the contractor/Subcontractor chemical cleaning activities of Degreasing/Acid cleaning / Passivation as per approved procedure for chlorine and oxygen services.

Witnessed Borescope inspection for system cleanliness and corrosion monitoring.

Witnessing and review of PSV calibration for set pressure, leak testing and back pressure requirements as per approved vendor procedure and API 527.

This project includes different types of piping materials like Carbon steel, Low carbon steel, Stainless Steel (SS304,SS316),and Alloy(P11,P22,P91) and its Pipes support fabrication and erection. SHUT DOWN JOB DETAILS:-

Organization : CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS COMPANY (S.A.L) ABUDHABI Duration : 45 Days shut down for each 15 days(Habshan0,1and 2)(Mar 2011 to Sep 2011). Project : Habshan Flare Gas Recovery (Hahshan 0,1 and 2) Client : ABUDHABI GAS INDUSTRIES LIMITED (GASCO), HABSHAN This shutdown was to minimize Gas flaring to the environment for Habshan -0, 1 and 2 plants in accordance with ADNOC-HSEIA. This also included new distribution system interface tie-ins with existing utility and offsite facilities.

CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS COMPANY (W.L.L SAUDI ARABIA) 1) Project : Khursaniyah Gas Producing Facilities Projects, Saudi Arabia. Client : SNAMPROGETTI, SAUDI ARAMCO.

Position : QC Inspector – Piping.

Duration : Jan-2007 to Mar 2008.

NATURE OF WORK:

Conducting incoming material inspection in accordance with the specification & drawings. And review of mill test certificate

Review of WPS, PQR, Welder Qualification as per ASME code and project specification

Monitored and controlled the consumption of welding consumables.

Monitored the welders’ qualification activities at fabrication shop and field.

In this Shut Down, The arrangement of Harp assembly (catalyst tubes) was changed with client requirement. Which includes Dismantling and Re-erection of Pigtails, Inlet manifolds, Burner & its complete Fabrication, Erection of piping works (CS, SS, P11).
