Developed a CRM process including standard business and marketing analysis, a segmentation strategy, technical infrastructure roadmap, website development plan, 2012 plan and 3-year growth plan for Grand Circle Travel.

Created a plan and program that recognized and rewarded Comcast best customers through a more transparent loyalty and benefit system.

Developed and implemented a segmentation and CRM approach which increased David’s Bridal market share, and entire bridal event spend per client.
